Through years of experience we found that many gyms lacked an introductory program that truly facilitated growth and lifetime success for their members.
Introducing the ‘Coach for Life Method’, which begins by providing you a personal coach who will take you through a series of one on one sessions that educate, evaluate and assess your movement abilities, nutrition & lifestyle needs.
Where other introductory programs would stop here, our Coach for Life Method only begins to take off. Your dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach will provide ongoing support throughout your stay with us both in our group and one on one sessions.
HOW IT WORKS
You will be paired with a suitable coach who will take you through a series of four movement assessment and coaching one on one sessions.
After your final session, the Coach will let you know if you are ready to begin all class types, limited class types or whether subsequent one on ones are required.
Once you begin classes, you will be closely monitored and assistance will always be in abundance but particularly during your initial few weeks of classes.
After your first month in the group setting, your coach will contact you to determine the best plan for your ongoing one on one sessions based on your progress during class. This process of review and planning will continue throughout your time at The Gym!
